Things to Remember
Payment of fees
is required prior to the use of services and are made payable to Rei
No Dojo Inc. (GST# 886200005) via cash, cheque, or money order.
Purchased
services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Students please
wear clothes that enable the teacher to see the joints and bring a
towel to class to cover the props.
Please refrain
from wearing any perfumes/colognes.
Please turn off
all cell phones and pagers as to not disrupt the other students.
Students please
inform us in advance of upcoming cancellations as a courtesy to
other students looking for make up class space.
Students are
allowed 4 make up sessions per term used within the same term.
Make up sessions
are not guaranteed, subject to availability, non-transferable (once
booked and confirmed), and the responsibility of the student.
Yoga Classes are
subject to enrollment and Rei No Dojo Yoga Studio reserves the right to cancel
or change the schedule based on registration.
24-hour notice
is required to change or cancel all classes and sessions - private,
make up and drop in. (Monday or Tuesday
sessions, in the case of a holiday long weekend, must be cancelled
by 6 pm the previous Friday.)
5 Pack Cards
expire 4 months from the date of purchase.
Students are
required to pick up their requested receipts within 30 days after
paying for the services. Receipts can be found in the “Receipts
Drawer in the studio.
A $25.00 fee
will be charged for each of the following: NSF cheques, changing classes after the
deadline and requesting a record of past payments and/or receipts.
Any past due
payments are subject to 1% interest beginning 30 days after payment
was due and will incur 1% interest every 30 days the payment is not
made. A student with any outstanding fees will not be booked
further until all the fees are paid in full.
Our teachers and
facilitators may need to attend development seminars during the
year. The studio reserves the right to request clients to make-up
or re-book cancelled classes or sessions, or hire an appropriate
substitute teacher.
The Rei No Dojo
library is a courtesy for our students. You are required to sign
out and return items within one term. It is the student’s
responsibility to replace the material or refund the studio in case
of loss, damage, theft or accident.
